    Very nice. Is that magpul version stock or with your adaptor? You and Beretta are going to be getting some of my money in the very near future. Of this I am certain.

    @Tom_Jones if you can say:
    Your design on the new lever?
    Can it be retrofitted to current gen 1301s?

    New 1301 Tactical Marine features the addition of several integral improvements in response to feedback from the marketplace. We have redesigned the bolt release lever to allow for a more solid function and eliminating the chance of a double feed. We have also added an aluminum picatinny rail on the receiver in order to support heavier optics. Lastly, we have threaded the barrel for Optima Bore HP Chokes, which will allow for you to use any of our 12ga OBHP chokes to get the most performance out of your 1301 Tactical. The Marine edition features a high visibility, corrosion resistant finish and Aqua-Tech coating ideal for maritime environments.

    Also in green or operator tan all $1375 MSRP

    Sounds like the smart move is to buy the older guns that are going for ~$625 now and get the bolt release shroud of your choice. Unless you really want the chokes or the fancy finishes that is, but for $1375 I can buy a first gen gun and send it to Robar for NP3 and still have money left over for some Aridus goodies.

    Besides it being mlok awesomeness and simplifies mounting of multiple types of lights and sling mounts, I dunno. [emoji6]

    All I know is that forend and a scout light is a great solution to what I’m looking for.

    ETA: I just reread what I typed out and realized I sounded like a snarky smart ass, not my intention. My apologies.
