I wonder how firm the decision to discontinue it is.... maybe a few hundred new orders & follow on demand could bring it back.

I used that to install a QD on an A2 stock. Works fine, but thickness is a limitation. Might require countersinking.

It wasn't a sales issue, it was because it didn't meet the M-LOK criteria. I emailed them seeing if they plan to or are interested in doing one that fits a partial slot that does meet the criteria. If not, I'll likely do it myself.

Until then, here's an easy mod someone else did.

My new 1301T & choke tube question

So, I found the Pistol Forum looking for information on the B1301 Tactical.

I took my first ever defensive shotgun class with the Mossberg 930JM Pro that had been in the back of my safe for several years – It ran great, but I found myself wishing I had a little shorter, lighter semi auto. One of the instructors had picked up a sale first gen 1301 and recommended it and here I am.

My new model 1301T came today – can’t wait to clean it up and get out with it.
I was surprised by the removable choke that came with it – I was expecting a flush choke tube like my 930. I’m new to shotguns – what are the threads on the protruding portion for?

Anyway – great forum & especially this thread…..Thanks for sharing all the knowledge!

Regarding the M-Lok mount, I'll just use either of these:

    https://www.magpul.com/products/qd-paraclip-adapter

    No drilling required.

BUSA is sending the correct (flush) choke tube... from poking around the interweb, I think the one that came on my shotgun is for mounting the TX4 standoff muzzle device.

I don't like either of those solutions.

The sling mount Type 2 sticks out, and will catch on stuff. The paraclip is going to rattle.
