Yeah I'm hoping for the spring or early summer. I'm wrapping up a project tomorrow, then rebuilding inventory for a week or two. I need to design and make fixtures, but I'm hoping to begin production on the handguard adapters by the end of the month. That would put the RMR CROMs in the April or May time frame assuming nothing goes wrong.


As a side note, Erik shared this on facebook a week or so ago. I never thought the 1301 could be ghost loaded but I was wrong. I hadn't seen it in this thread anywhere, so I figured others might find it useful!

Exactly - Steel won't break like that - My only complaint about the 1301T

It can be ghost loaded, but when I tried it I had very poor reliability of the gun cycling. Maybe with full strength buck or turkey loads it would work, but I would never trust using it that way in a self defense situation.

I don't keep a round in the chamber on my HD shotgun. I keep it, effectively, cruiser ready with a shell on the lifter. The gun never cycles, other than by me manually running the bolt, while ghost loaded.

Exactly, this is my preferred setup for home defense. I don't use a shell on the lifter to gain another round, I use it to keep full capacity but still have an empty chamber
