Thanks for the reply. I won't be firing 300-400 rounds or anywhere near that amount. My understanding is first day 2 hour classroom scenario discussion and past incidents overview. 1 hour equipment inspection. 2 hour maintenance of system class. Then range. First day zeroing. About 20 slug rounds authorized (tight budget).

Second day divided between field scenarios (various systems). No live ammo. and range. Everyone gets about 40 rounds. Then cert test.

FWIW, I have a Holosun 515GM mounted via a Scalarworks mount on my Benelli M4 and while I wish the optic sat lower and allowed for using the iron sights as back-up sights, I REALLY like having the 65 MOA circle for speed. I shot a match with the above rig Saturday and I took 2nd place with that shotgun. For clarification, the Holosun due to its design has a slightly taller housing than the Aimpoint Micro sights and thus the housing blocks the iron sights.
