Tsc only tears tissue above certain velocities. The more mlmentum, the further into the target the permanent effects of TSC can manifest, provided impact velocity is sufficient.
Wow. This escalated quickly.

Mine FINALLY went through.
Correct, errors out/times out/simply does nothing. It's run through a gamut of responses. I'm going to just paper file in a couple weeks otherwise so I can finally get my kit.
Yes, but because of who I am, it won't allow me to submit my form online via eForm/Silencer Shop, I don't believe, so it's going to likely end up being paper. Ive tried for a month every other day...
Im trying out the eForm Form 4 for the first time, and I think Ill probably paper file in the future. Its much quicker and easier. Time is money.
Whats with the silver vs black adjustments? I see black on newer P2s. Were there other silent changes more meaningful that just visual, as well?
Aside the backstrap and tenderloins, 100% of this deer is going into jalapeno and cheddar summer sausages, per "request" of my girlfriend (which really is what got it killed to begin with. I was...
This is the second deer shot with TSX. It was hit at 74m from the muzzle of an 11.5" carbine. The projectile impact velocity is estimated at 2375fps, roughly.

Roughly 15m...
I did not get a chance to see the internals of the 75gr Gold Dot deer. It was shot by a friend.
How much deflection are you seeing broadside?
From all I've seen in the 70 TSX, it only begins to veer about 2/3 down its trajectory in the target, have you seen it do so sooner? For example, on a broadside shot on a deer, I do not experience...
I can get 1/2 mrad shift from prone choked up on the gun to sitting and braced. I temd to zero prone with a medium hold. My seated shots will hit a hair high, really choked down on the gun, a hair...
I really like the round. It hits hard (expands within its own length, basically), penetrates well, causes sensible damage along the way (not like a fragmenting round, but for its expanded diameter,...
Im not sure if the round left the body cavity and then hit the leg or not. If not, then about 3 feet.
I estimate this deer at 110# live weight. I shot it 1 hour before I left for work, so the autopsy of soft tissue regarding lungs etc. Will have to be verbal. I noted significant blood in the chest...
I did not kill all of the deer involved, but did see them or photos thereof. A group of friends and I do this every year. So far, the most impressive has been the 75gr Gold Dot and the SOST. The...
Each year I use a different round.
RA556B (2016-17?)
75gr Gold Dot (2018)
70gr TSX (2017 and 2019)
MK318 SOST MOD 0 (this year)
70gr GMX (2019)
White tail can run at 44fps, and this one had no meaningful musculoskeletal injury to the legs. 375/44=8.5 seconds+whatever time it took to get up to 44fps (30mph).
Disruption/Expansion began immediately, as evidenced by the traumatic entrance wound. Fragmentation actually penetrated the off-side ribcage, at least partially. I am really impressed with this...
Today I shot a doe which I estimate at 100-120# on the hoof. The shot was taken with an 11.5" 5.56 SBR, suppressed. The distance was 90m. The deer ran 125m across cleared field, mostly, the last 5m...
Years ago, when I was deciding between MK6 and VCOG 1-6, I spoke with a gent whose unit had 20 of each to T&E. 0 MK6's were deadlined. Issues were setting up the mounts, and losing the little allen...
You did your 4 years of service and earned every round you fired. On that note, thanks for your service, being as today is the day for that. I don't have an issue with my tax dollars supporting the...
Sometimes it gets misshipped, too. I remember a bunch of people finding a few in their m855 bulk Bass Pro type purchases, lol! That said, I don't care how people came by it. Why should I? They wanna...
