personally I think anything that improves hand / eye coordination's will help. just don't practice bad habits.

in videos of R Vogel it looks like he is 3 to 5 yards. is there a standard distance for this failure drill ? tried google anf couldn't find it
read the book. going to see it this weekend
The PPQ has an awesome trigger. its well built and its ergonomics are superior IMO. I prefer the lever mag release. I think its well established and proven. not as popular and not widely...
depends on the LCI. the XD / XDM are excellent. I would not depend on solely an HK LCI.
Agreed I can't do it on demand . And yes my finger gets tired. It's a fun excercise I like to do sometimes . I should probably strive for consistent timing as opposed to fastest splits as I catch...
I will . I also think I had a .10 split in the past . I can't claim much as I can't do it consistently or in doubles. Normally only when I empty 18 AFAP into the A zone at 7 yards
I would say I just got lucky. If I understand what u mean by echo then my number if shots shown would be 19? Also if a handgun cycles at .04 or .05 why isn't .09 possible
I have a PPQ and love it
I thought I had shot a .10 or less split. found this in the delete file. this was 18 shots into the A ring at 7 yds as fast as I could pull the trigger.

got a 0.14 split today doing the bill drill.

here is my best time for today. I had quite a few in the 2.6x range. HK USP expert 9mm, bladetech, no cover.

thanks all - 2 seconds gives me a target.
I'll begin without concealment, shooting 9mm factory loads. based on past draws and split times I am probably around 2.65 sec.
what is an epxert time for the Bill Drill ?
I see thanks!
as in, my Walther PPS was flawless after 175 rounds! Oh wait its not even broken in yet.
pretty well. mag changes are a bit harder than larger size HK's. quite fun to shoot
I would probably buy a striker fired HK/ ( I love shooting the PPQ). plus one on the mag compatibility also.
I see. I just wondered what was mechanically possible. pretty sure the fastest split I have seen was a 0.10.
yes, your finger is the safety. as long as the holster covers the trigger you are GTG on either one IMO. (I have a cop friend that gave up his glock for a USP45 as he didn't like the glock bouncing...
why not, what ?
when I first installed one in a P2000SK the reset was very sluggish/ close inspection revealed the spring was not set in perfect. after some adjustment it clicked into place and then the spring did...
based on "once in a life " purchase. I would get a P30S. CZ is a good gun too, but not for once in a lifetime IMO.
I thought the DA/SA already came with the light FPBS?
As for the light TRS, some have reported the reset is a bit slow or lazy. you have to make sure the TRS is seated perfectly or this can...
I personally went with the HK's after shooting both. I like both the LEM and the cocked and locked DA/SA options. I don't care that (mostly) only offers first shot DA option. my current HK I am...
I thought full autos were sometimes tuned to have a slower rate of fire for controllability?
so anyways the fast split time possible with a semi A is around 0.05. ?
