Great choice! Follow the instructions posted by Wayne Dobbs and you will not have any issues. I am absolutely loving my Acro and ordering a second.

The C&H Precision or FCD plates will be huge improvements over the factory MOS plate. My personal preference is for the Tango Down / FCD plate based on some issues I have had and seen with the C&H....

Those are the Talon Pro grips. They are a combination of the sandpaper and rubber grip and feel fantastic. Great for carry as well as they won't eat your skin raw.

I recently spent some time with the 48 and had the same issue. Three mags in and got some really nasty slide bite. It's a shame because the gun feels and shoots great.
