Nice set of classic Smiths!
That is a great idea for an M-9 .22 slide!
Mine is accurate and reliable, I can't remember any malfunctions except a couple failures to fire with cheap ammo. It eats anything, is easy to clean,...
The Beretta 92/M9 conversion slide from Beretta is likewise, awesome.
My favorite .22 is a Beretta 71, but that is probably an unhelpful suggestion. That piece is from another era….
Got my 632 this week. I put a deposit down right after release and the dealer just got it.
Shot 26 rounds Lost River .32 Mag 100 grain WC and 50 rounds PPU .32 Long 98 grain LRN. No issues with...
Good idea for an experiment and good shooting
I put a LTT grip anchor on my 19.4 and like it quite a lot. Doesn’t add much to conceal but makes the grip easier to handle.
This, times 10.
1. I like the snub options in .32 flavor, either LCR or S&W Ultimate Carry.
2. For a like weight auto, well under 20 ounces, Glock 42 is pretty nice to shoot.
3. S&W Shield Plus has a nice grip for...
Great shooting!
Sweet. I need to get a chrono.
My airweight practice load is a 125 grain Missouri Bullet Co. coated lead flat point over 3.5 grains TiteGroup.
It’s not nothing recoil wise, but not...
Sounds like a swell aluminum revolver practice load. Do you know what kind of velocity you get out of it?
Good move. Since I started dabbling in reloading, I’ve used mostly coated lead projectiles and they don’t spew a cloud of nasty lead and soot like cheap factory LRN or LSWC.
32-20 Blues is a great song.
A K frame S&W 1905 or a Colt Police Positive Special would probably be my preferred revolver for a 32-20.
Good to know it’s not impossible to load. Maybe one day...
I would also like a vintage 32-20 revolver, but the cartridge appears to have been another casualty of the pandemic ammo crunch. From what I have read, reloading the bottleneck case is difficult. ...
I’d shoot em!
Looks like a 12 Mikey, the barrel and cylinder have that worn steel blueing but the frame maintains the black anodizing of the aluminum frame.
Looks like a great deal and a nice revolver.
That would be swell!
I endorse this thread
Congratulations on a great run
Agreed. Great post.
Congrats on retirement, and the fine rotator.
Looks like a nice blaster.
Hill People Gear kit bags. Great for running or hiking.
