How was recoil with the PMC? Manageable, pleasant, somewhere in between? Really curious about how the grip distributes recoil in an Airweight .38.
[QUOTE=Noah;1563286]3 years later, has the consensus on how to get maximum reliability out of a G43/43X/48 family weapon changed? Stock mags? No hotter ammo? frequent spring changes? Would 115 Gold...
MPro 7 or Bore Tech Carbon Remover. I have a slight preference for Bore Tech but MPro does a good job as well.
What ammo were you and the other attendees shooting through the .38s? Very curious as to how the new grips help manage recoil. :)
Given the size of that extension, you might be better off using an X-Grip on a G19 magazine. FWIW, I've had great luck with the OEM +2 mags.
This is what threw me off when I rented a G17 with a GPT. After that, I shot a few Glock 19s belonging to other people at the range that also had GPTs. While the weight reduction is very much felt,...
I haven't seen the press release but the Philippine National Police have bought several batches of TS9s and I've been seeing a lot of T4s lately.
Push inward and downward with a punch until the dimple clears the frame. It should start to pop out.
Good shooting! What ammo were you running in that wheelgun?
Walther PPK and PPK/S, both stainless. Shaken nor stirred fantasies notwithstanding, those pistols were painful to shoot. These also taught me how valuable a slide stop is if you have to clear a...
Yesterday, I cycled out 30 rounds of Federal HST 124 grain standard pressure. I bought the rounds in 2021 and stored them properly. No failures to fire but I did notice that the report and recoil...
Some folks, like me, don't get along with canned foam or gel. I don't know what ingredient causes it but those products tend to dry my skin like crazy. Even the ones with aloe or some other...
I don’t need the flat faced triggers on double stack Glocks but installing an Apex in my 43X made it easier for me to be consistent with the gun.
I don’t have a lot of rounds through it yet, but...
I did and told them that returning the parts or having them send me a new set is a no-go as I live overseas. Despite being unable to use the entire kit, I’m pleased with how the trigger bar alone has...
I've never used aftermarket ignition parts in any Glock I own but I wanted to see if a flat faced trigger would help me shoot my 43X better. I found an Apex kit at a local shop and installed it in my...
This one helped me a ton.

Cool find! The first and only Accu Comp I ever saw was in 1988 and it was an all chrome gun. When the owner uncased it, I could hear the Miami Vice theme playing in my head...
I agree re P365. It looks like it should be snappier to shoot but it isn't. The 43X looks like it should be milder mannered but it isn't.
Having spent a few cases of ammo through a 43X, I think...
Lots of leaked images on Reddit. Looks like an evolution of the XD that omits the grip safety. Serial number is on the right side of the frame above the grip area, visible through a window cut into...
Langdon Tactical did a video on Beretta magazines last year or the year before, and he mentioned something about the PX4 mag tubes being designed around the .40. It should still be on their YouTube...
Same here. After wearing a 26 around the home and at work, I relegated my 19 to house duties.
I found a Pearce and it's stayed put so far in 6 months. It's a friction fit arrangement as the 26 doesn't have a lanyard loop hole.
The ARX works for me but I agree with your observations. The curvature and width of the holster will work with your body shape or not. I think JM Custom's OWB1 with the Skinny Guy mod might be more...
I also carry a G26. I keep a spare mag clipped to my left front pocket in a Neo Mag.
The non-G Neo Mag didn't work as well for me with G17 mags. It didn't have enough retention to keep the mag in...
