What would it hurt to carry an extra magazine, a little more discomfort?
Better to have it and not need it, vs need it and not have it.

Is stabil necessary with ethanol free?
Wouldn’t 100% gas work the best for this and last much longer?
Agreed. Why in the world would we want all this made public, is beyond me. We don't want China and Russia knowing what we have.
When you look at all the evidence across many many incidents and over...

One for range... One for carry... One, just because. [emoji1303]
Most recommend grease, for sig frame rails.
I read somewhere that they were similar but one had a polymer frame and the other, aluminum. Thanks for clarifying. I'll research more, the next time. [emoji106]
2022 is the hidden gem of good quality handguns for a good price. It's supposed to be almost identical, internally, as the p22_ series, but with a polymer frame. What's not to like?
Yeah, actually, taking out the whole fcu as a whole, hosing it down and re-inserting, could be easier then trying to clean out the interior of a muddy, dirty Glock.
Thanks for the good pic. Totally agree and why i think the p99as, could very well be, the best of all striker fired.
I don't believe there are many, that could argue with this.^^^^
I don't believe that is the case with the p99? Striker is decocked.
Yep, and the more I study and learn about the p99as series, the more I think, it might be the ultimate design, out of all the striker fired, FOR ME.
High Noon is top quality
Fantastic caliber. Fine choice.
Costco has a heavy duty shelf unit that holds 2000 lbs PER SHELF.
No No... Don't get rid of the 229's. Best platform for 357/40, IMHO
Doc - Just curious if you have watched tnoutdoors9 YouTube videos on the different calibers and if so, what do you think of them?
Cost, recoil, effectiveness, wear & tear on guns and accuracy are a big part of departments going to 9mm. Especially the first one.
No, don't know much about him, but certainly appreciate anything he has done to contribute to this topic. Just passing along what i and others in the field, have seen over the past 25 years, which...
All the time? We'll disagree on that one. The head, would be the last place on my body, that I'd want to get hit at. Have you by chance seen what a bullet does when it hits a human skull? The vast...
Me either. One incident we had, the suspect was in a car, driving/fleeing, and was shot, where the round went, first, thru the driver side steel pillar at an extreme angle, thru the driver seat, thru...
Lightest to the heaviest Common rounds. What about the 147 gd that many swear by?
Many factors are involved in any shootings with all calibers. I wouldn't choose my caliber, based on one incident.
Has anyone heard of any Departments switching FROM 357sig? I'm sure that there are...
