I ended up making a similar shift from a benelli m1s90 to a 1301T and have been super satisfied. It runs more reliably, shoots softer, is not affected by weight / accessories, and has better...

For my Tacoma:
Shovel
Ax
Silky katanaboy saw
Maxtrax
30’ tow strap
Soft shackles
Snatch strap
Tree saver
I used to be an Artillery Officer, they were likely trying to measure to calculate muzzle velocity variation, as that the projectile square weight and propellant temp are all key inputs in manual...
I have the same and really like it - it took me a while to find this and it hits the spot for me. I really like the pull to get to the cards in the center.

Visiting my in-laws in buffalo - saw the weather and fortunately left a day early on Thursday PM to best the snow which ended up being very smart. Had my wife and two kids under 3 in my Tacoma so we...
I’ve had good luck with factory 10 rd mags for FMJ but would not feed JHP reliably.
Have not had any hiccups w/ JHP with magpul 10 rd mags and would personally trust those over OEM for SD 10rd...
Does anyone have any experience to share finding from retention (high pectoral index as Craig teaches it) with one of these attached? Would very much value that feedback.

Agree with the consensus thus far, B class or equivalent is my baseline for a good shooter.
Some additional points:
-very good muzzle & trigger discipline and awareness
- > 2.5 sec bill drill...
Good data points - I had not heard that about other SA Combat Operators. That’s too bad as I like where that pistols sits on the price : features : quality spectrum.
Exactly right - the DW manual...
I have a 5” DW specialist in 9 that runs great now but the first 500 rounds were definitely required for break in on my sample. During that time I couldn’t get through a full 10 rd mag without a...
Great advice - thank you both

BehindBluel’s & jd950, appreciate the discussion - good points and in line with what I was looking for. I live in MA and just spent some time going through the state statues which I suspect are...
Agree - I’ve loved mine as well, probably the best AIWB belt I’ve ever used though is near capacity with a LTT RDO w x300 IMO. I was concerned that the belt would slip with irregular tension...
Good video - i would appreciate folks thoughts on how this fits in the use of force equation. Do we feel like she presented the pistol and fired at an appropriate time? Given the context (dark,...
Good topic - and one that I’ve though a lot about since moving to dots ~ 2 years ago. I think a lot of it comes down to your risk profile : context : baseline skill and ability to meet acceptable...
Had a very similar experience to 4RNR’s when I lived out in LV for 4 yrs. It would get up to 120 in the summers. 95% of my normal day was in AC, and when I was at matches, hiking or otherwise not...
My perspective is that a spare mag will likely not be required for most people but is super cheap insurance with few downsides as long as it does not displace something that may be potentially more...
Taser C2 May be an option to complement all of the above.

I use a hillpeople gear kit bag for primary and pocket my 642. I just take the things from my pocket and throw it in my kitbag as necessary.
Alternatively I’ve flirted with the idea of carrying...

Veloce on the right full checkered on the left. I like to keep things generally consistent between carry and comp.

I really like the LOK as well over the VZs for the 92. I use veloce for comp and full checkered for carry. The veloce are a bit too aggressive for me to carry all day on bare skin.
