This fatality took place just several miles from where we live. They are all over the neighborhood, especially now when they are dropping their babies. They are generally very pleasant until they...
I am hoping they didn't practice emergency procedures with people in the back.
For some years, the Bell Jet Ranger had the best safety record of any single engine aircraft, fixed or rotor wing. It is interesting how the auto rotative characteristics of helicopters vary. The MD...
I have no problem with a PDW in a pistol caliber for fun, but I want a PDW in a rifle caliber if it is something I plan to rely on for use as a defensive firearm. The Rattler has spoiled me in terms...
May have been very similar, a helicopter flown into terrain (CFIT) in instrument conditions. I wonder how comfortable the 212 crew was flying on instruments? Also wonder what pressure they imposed on...

ASN is reporting it was a Bell 212:

I wouldn't bet either way.
Eyewitness reports are notoriously unreliable, and I put statements from the Iranian government as even less reliable than eyewitness reports.
The aircraft we fly...
Here is a BBC story on the Turkish drone searching for the helicopter:

You can see the path of the drone searching which suggests they...

I have friends that worked for Bell Helicopter in Iran, doing the training under the Shah. Apparently they are still using many of those same Bell and Bell Augusta helicopters today. One of my...
1301 for the win.
Very professional video. RMR HD, too.

If it tells you anything, I have one Romeo two new in a sealed box, and three Romeo X optics in use on different pistols.
R2 has a bigger window, and a larger dot option than the X. The shroud system seems like an interesting idea that isn't so great once you use it.
The X sits WAY lower and I prefer the battery...
Lok does, and there is silicon carbide for everything else!
Can you call in and order?
I would get a MOS pistol, for the reason you mention, and I wouldn't give a second thought to the difference in height between it and your direct milled pistol. I would also consider the DPP MOS...
When they started, I thought of Magpul as bringing out high quality products. Lately, it seems like they are more about bringing out cheaper products.
Have you tested the Buffalo Bore 9 mm hard cast load in your Glock to see if it is reliable?
