Welcome!
Or maybe not. It could have been a Taurus.
But, yeah, instead of warning your drunk buddy about using a semi automatic, maybe you could just take the damn pistol.
Spears: Totally legit home defense.
I expected so much more dremel. It's good to know that I have a faster draw than someone, though.
Watch out for budget knife sharpeners. They'll do it, but take quite a bit of material off the edge.
There's an awesome post on "How to Sharpen Knives" (kitchen, but the same principle applies)...
I always envisioned it like that scene from The Matrix, except it's all S&W revolvers and HKs.

I laughed.
nyeti, I don't care much about revolvers and that is nice.
IANASME.
I can't think of any reasonable circumstance I could be in that 45-51 rounds will solve that 30-34 rounds will not. What are those additional rounds buying you? On the other hand, I can...
nyeti's AUG articles are now posted on the (new and improved) Hardwired Tactical Shooting website. It's still got a few kinks to work out, so if you notice any, please shoot me a PM.

Excellent reference, OAK.
Boudro's Texas Bistro. The duck, quail, and double pork chop are my favorites. I also rate the tableside guacamole as strong-to-very-strong.
Agree on the Shotmaxx, though I find some of the interface design to be less-than-optimal. I like that it works at both indoor and outdoor ranges.
Boudro's on the Riverwalk is great.
My favorite is Tuscany, out in the middle of nowhere, exploring some hill town. I've had family in town the past few days, and we've been rolling through my...
Per Caleb, the conference will be at the end of March. He'll also be at the Rangemaster conference at the end of February.
As for a combined HiTS/LSM class, I'd be all for it.

Words fail me.
Welcome!
Definitely solid advice from Roy.
If you're concerned about this - and you obviously seem to be - I'd have to reflect on a few questions. I think an excellent "tough decision" thinking process is...
AIWB is definitely legal in Limited per the USPSA rulebook, so it's not just because OAK is a nice guy. WMLs are apparently not legal in Limited, but apparently Bob Vogel has used one that was...
What about USPSA? OrigamiAK competes with AIWB in Limited. I'm not 100% on this, but I think that you can use a WML without a battery in Limited as well, if you wanted to use your exact carry gear.
I originally read this as "to go with my fancy pants" and thought you had some leather pants. I'll probably have nightmares tonight. :p
On the serious side, that is an awesome briefcase.
I agree completely, which is why I put shirts in the "buy once, cry once" arena. While even the highest quality shirt will need to be replaced eventually, I'd rather have a higher quality shirt that...
While I don't use them anymore, MyTailor.com has a selection of cotton/poly blend shirts that can be customized however you want that are under (if only slightly) your budget. I've found them to be...
