Thought choice for the FAVORITE……there are handguns that I would never sell, like my S&W M29 that was my 21’s Bday present, but as for my FAVORITE…..
My Wilson Combat Ultra Light Carry(Alloy...
The XTP bullets seem to be the best feeders in ALL 10mm's I've tried them in......I'm a 1911 die hard. The XTP is the BEST feeder in all the 1911 10mm's I have in my safe. Lately, Ive been shooting a...
I've done it a few times with my 407K......now that Im aware of the issue....Ive trained myself out of the problem. YMMV.

Rick,
I've killed a lot of deer and hogs with 10mm. I've had great results with 180 and 200 gr XTP's loaded at 'full velocity'. I've actually been pretty pleased with 155 xtp's. I have only used a...
.....or for people who want to kill things with a 1911. My 10mm's have performed wonderfully on deer and hogs since the about 1990. YMMV.
No problems with the compact mags that I have experienced, or read about. BTW, WC EDCX9 MAGS 15 rd mags work fine in the PDP
compact.

Will
I’ve been evaluating a PDP for almost 2 months. I’ve got the compact. A natural comparison for me has been my favorite WC EDCx9. Turns out the WC EDCx9 mags work in the PDP compact flawlessly, as...
I recently embraced the MRD equipped handgun concept. I’m now shooting a WC EDCx9 with an RMR. Not a lot of holster options....so a special request went out to Josh Bulman..... and he really made it...
to the OP......I know this doesn't meet all your requirements....but I love this one....

Preventec47,
I can't comment on the EZ because I haven't messed with one yet, but on MANY hammer fired autopistols, cocking the hammer GREAT reduces the effort needed to work the slide. Beretta 92's...
The best advice I can give to keep a 1911 running is....
....if you are new(ish) to the platform, buy a full size 1911 chambered in .45acp. Keep it lubed, use WC 47 7rnd mags, and feed it quality...
I'm a full time shotgun instructor and have been wearing ESP's virtually daily since 2004. I had been using them on the weekends for 6-7 years before that. I have a a GREAT experience with ESP. My...
SIG aside,
Reading this thread makes me trust my 1911's, BHP's and Beretta 92's much more!
YMMV,

I'm a 1911 guy, and I have been very happy with a Sig 938 for my '1911 pocket gun'. I've got about 750 rounds through it without a malfunction. Feeds defensive ammo fine. I shoot it MUCH better than...
Tam,
Mine made it thru the 2000 rounds fine. Only problems were 2 WWB from old inventory that wouldn't ignite. Tried them in a couple of other blasters, and nothing would set them off. Not the guns...
I've run 600 rounds of 147gr AE thru my EDC X9.....no malfunctions, and stellar accuracy. Its my favorite 9mm range ammo. YMMV.
I carry a BHP quite a bit. I'm lucky to have a nice 5Shot Leather IWB that I love. However, deliver times and prices from the masters like Ralston, Milt Sparks, Nossar, etc being what it is( and well...
I just took deliver of a EDC X9, and ordered it with a medium trigger, and got both back straps. I like the way the gun 'feels' with the small back strap, but in my limited experience( Ive only had...
I just took deliver of a EDC X9. So far, this thing is running fine right out of the box. 600 rounds so far with no issue. Accuracy is great, minimal muzzle rise, great sights and trigger. Easy to...
I guided a fine young man ( 12 years old ) on his first deer hunt right before xmas. His dad hand him set up with a remington M7/300BLK and a suppressor. He busted a doe( approx 95 lbs) at 73 yards...
I've got both 6.8's and 6.5G's. In my experience, it has been easier to get 6.8's to run reliably, and while they are basically equally impressive out to, or just beyond, about 300 yards.....the 6.5G...
Big ATLAS fan. Get the version with the ADM QD mount, and simply move it from rifle to rifle....easy peasy. YMMV.

I am also a huge TRG22 fan. I have a 308/20" and a 260/26". Love them both. I have a factory folder on the 260, and a KRG folder on the 308. Both are great....the KRG is MUCH less expensive. I have...
GJM,
Get a 527/7.62x39 and send it to JBrockman and have him re-barrel it in 6.5Grendel. Then you will have a VERY cool rifle.
