The 92A1 already has a built in blue aluminum buffer that can replaced. I'm close to 40K on my 92A1 and the buffer is fine, you don't need a polymer buffer in the 92A1 at all.
I would assume based on his post impatience and a big hammer.

It’s an improper install issue.

Wow! Looks beyond repair, hard to tell in the photos.

I was pretty excited for the SRT. Being a fan boy of DA/SA guns for a long time I actually let hype override everything on this. Having the SRT installed in 226/229 guns I’m actually ready to dump...
My understanding and ability to work on the pistols to maximize performance with support for the platform from companies like LTT. I shoot them in classes and in competition. Although my issued...
Both are quality guns, but it really comes down to personal preference. I'm partial to Beretta, but I'm sure you could get the opposite reaction from someone else.
I own a CZ SP01 Accu-Shadow my...
Part # is posted here some pages back. If you can’t find it, I’ll post the part number here tonight when I get back to my bench.

The factory sight is staked, but the factory sight also has a grove down the center. The AmeriGlo’s don’t have a groove down the center and the staking pushes the muzzle end of the sight up.
I have...
After hitting Ernest up about this, it may just be the design of the gun. I have a few other things I’m gonna try. Plus I have the .290 rear on the way from Ameriglo. I really like this piece, just...
I’m familiar with sight installs. I altered the sight slightly to see if I could even it up- no luck. There is a distinct difference in height if the sight sits as designed. At this point I think...
I’ve looked around and seen both. Some canted, some flush.

I’m assuming there is some light underneath it. I’m not sure cause I don’t have another PX4 CC to compare. Based on some measurements I just assumed there has to be some gap. If they are to sit...
I understand that.
But if the sight sat in the dovetail correctly there would be an minimal gap on both sides. This dove tail is jacked, causing the front end (toward shooter) to sit lower. The...
Ernest said the same thing about the pistol shooting high.
This dove tail may be off. I tapped the sight out. It required little effort, the sight looks true. If I place it flat on a surface the...
Picked up my CC couple of days ago. I really like everything about it. I'll probably be looking to go spurless as occasionally I'll get a bite from the hammer gripping the pistol really high.

Again, I'm not grabbing a pitchfork - you stated...

All branches have Lowest Common Denominator basic handgun training/quals. It's all way too easy with generous times, equivalent to most LE quals. I don't think anyone here would struggle to pass...
Here’s a Apex semi-drop in on a 2.0 compact. This is standing in the off hand at a 6x6 inch head box at 28 yards. I was using 124 gr NATO ammo. Very good accuracy from a practical standpoint.

500 rounds, what I've noticed this far is the barrel hood doesn't seem to get chewed away like the 1.0's Accuracy is very good! I shot out to 30 Yards.
This 2.0 Compact is definitely going to...
It's not the weight of the trigger that keeps people out of trouble, it's the length of trigger pull.
I do agree with your last statement.
Mediocrity has blurred vision in some. Some actually believe your equipment can make up for a lack of skill or those old guns (TDA) can't do what striker guns can. My agency is currently replacing...
Wow, lots of opinion based information in this thread. Both are fine weapons and you can't go wrong with either. One doesn't rule the hen house. I actually shoot competitively with both and train...
