No go with the gadget. The new trigger mechanism pushes the firing pin lug all the way to the rear. Makes sense if this is also how the Timney trigger works.

This is exactly how my G47 arrived as well.
There is one bobbed, non-LEM hammer option if you can find it. It doesn’t require the cocking piece of the LEM and apparently works with P30 and P2000. I don’t have direct experience with it.

I really like the G19x and G45. I know this is a tangent, but am curious who did the 19x slide work for you and how you like it.
No distraction here - sounds like you have some great plans in motion and looking forward to seeing the results!
I’ll second that. I’m excited to see some of the Wright Armory work start showing up on the P2000/P30sk. Maybe with the updated followers they will also get flush fit 12-round mags.
Great news!
That looks like it would be a lot of fun. Now I’m checking one out…
It looks like the i-Dot system may be a refinement of the L&M Precision method, but it’s TBD. Regarding the optic height, this is a comparison of the P30 from the op with a 507 compared to a G19 with...
HK here too. I’m almost at the point where I would recommend a VP9 or sk over a G19 to new shooters, but I do really like all of the Gen5s.
I’ve been afraid to try any CZs because I would...
Definitely - the G5’s and new models brought some solid improvements. Lots to enjoy. I am excited that LTT also has offerings in the area. I would like to try one of his 19s and see what he does with...
I referenced this in the original post but didn’t include a link. Here is the HKPRO thread from member TooSixy with the most detailed instructions for P30 maintenance. High quality contribution and...
Very cool to have so many great options. Yes, I think it was finding out about TLG’s P30 tests that initially led me to the site. There is still a lot of gold in past threads to dig up for those who...
It’s my understanding that Mark / L&M Precision did his work as you described with the TIG welding. I think the plate is there for additional purchase for the screws rather than anything more...
I agree - accuracy shooting is fun with the P30 and a red dot. At the end of the range visit this morning, these were the first ten rounds at 25 yards (Lawman 115). I promise, no cherry picking with...
Additional comparison shots from the range this morning.
Left slide showing the aluminum plate insert compared to a standard P30 9mm slide. I’ve read that the 40SW slide may not have the same...
Thanks! Looking forward to seeing yours when it gets finished.
I purchased a P30 V1 from a forum member several months ago. The pistol was already worked on by Mark Housel of L&M Precision to accept RMR footprint optics. Mark and I exchanged a few emails about...
This was going to be a 5 shot group at the end of the range visit yesterday. My third shot was low about 3 inches, so I loaded one more and got it on the paper. Gold Dot 124 +P and the G19.5 has an...
First time out with a 19.5 MOS + ACRO P-1. Matched the dot to the Night Fision MOS sights with some additional windage adjustments freestyle with Lawman 115.
Ten rounds using right hand dominant...
I spent some time this weekend looking over Todd Green's endurance tests again, specifically these two threads:

HK P30 LEM:...
These long running threads are persuasive. I bought a G26.5 last week and took it to the range today. First ten rounds at 25 yards. Target focus with the stock plastic sights was right on for me with...
This was done by Mark H. from L&M. To my knowledge, it was milled in 2020. I purchased it already modified.

I’ve owned two. One was a V3 and the other a V2. I remember them being typical HK solid quality pistols that also had the benefit of using the same mags and sights as the P30/VP9. They were slightly...
