IIRC, it's about 8.5-9lb in DA and 4.5lb in SA, but the DA feels lighter than that.
I have not, I never felt the need and didn't want to risk light primer strikes.
I haven't drop tested it, but it's an OEM part that is standard on the non-P-series hammer-fired HKs. Todd changed it out in his P30 during the endurance test and, IIRC, he said HK put the heavier...
For the P-series HKs, I do the following:
Nickle-plated sear spring
Light firing pin block spring (209296)
Wolff 12lb hammer spring
It smooths out the DA significantly and makes the SA better...
I have both pre- and post recall versions with me.
Pressing down on the sear on both versions appeared to have the same result, they both appeared to be only under spring tension.
The firing...
I prefer Dawsons due to the perfect impact policy and I don't like the deep notch on the TTIs. Sights are very personal though, so what I like may not be what you like.
Wolff 12lb hammer spring, light firing pin block spring (209296), and nickel-plated sear spring. Drops the DA down to 8-9lbs IIRC, but it's been a while. Make it seem much lighter than that and a...
Any idea when the Q4 will be available?

Trigger reach is the same for the initial shot, slightly shorter for the SA on the V3.

Nickel-plated sear spring, light firing pin block spring (209296), 12lb Wolff hammer spring.
FWIW, I can't tell a big DA Pull difference between this set up and a fully Cajunized SP01, as far as...
Thanks! I'll have to try that tomorrow or Sunday.
Those times are very very impressive. When I get below ~.95 or so on the draw, my shots open up greatly. Looks like I have some work to do...
Smoothness of the DA pull only, the weight will still be high - about 10-10.5 lbs DA.

For the V3, install the nickel plated sear spring, the light firing pin block spring (209296 IIRC), and a Wolff 12lb hammer spring. It drops the DA pull from about 10-11lbs to about 8.5 and...
Light firing pin block spring (209296), nickel-plated sear spring, and 12lb Wolff Hammer spring for the V3 P30s. Doesn't do anything for the reset, but cleans up the trigger a little bit (~8.5lb...
I had the same issue with a VP9. It was shooting very low (like 2" below drive the dot at 7 yards low) with the normal Dawson sight set. I ended up figuring out what height Dawson I needed and...
I need to pick up a few of these to see how I do. That's impressive shooting!
At least the CZ comes with a GM card. :D
GJM,
I've noticed the same thing over the years as I switch between platforms much more often than I should. Agree that each have their pros and cons;...
Was able to get half of my P320s submitted for the voluntary upgrade program. Turns out if you buy via the Armed Professional Program, you have to wait longer...
I was thinking BG's take on Sig's actions was a bit of revisionist history to anyone who has been paying attention.

Very sorry to hear this. I always enjoyed reading LSP972's posts and I learned a lot from them.
RIP, we are diminished.
