Nothing wrong with Aridus’ bolt release product, but Tom’s small shroud works like a charm. In fact it’s hard to get the shells to dump if you’re trying to make it happen.
Mine's a 1301 comp. I used the Aimpoint Micro mount made by KE Arms. If I had a 1301T I would use the new mount from Aridus.
Yes, I've been running that optic on my 1301C. Took it through a two day shotgun class of about 500 rounds. Ran like a champ.
Going to try the other way around this fall. I will try to kill some dove with my Beretta 1301 and Remington Tac-14 ... Cause, why not? ;)

Yuge difference! I had an opportunity to put a few rounds through a Suarez Stakeout at the shotgun course I took a couple of months ago. It is a joy to shoot. The internal treatments they do to it...

Just an FYI. MidwayUSA has the Nordic MXT tubes on clearance right now. The +2 model is only $18.75 at the moment. I bought the +3 for my comp 21 ... it's not on the clearance list any more.
