thinking about trading in the Gen 3 extractor for the Gen 4 version for my Gen 3 G19 (that's a lot of "G's"). The extractor claw design on the Gen 4 is beefier and holds the rim of the brass casing...
Video of me at the range testing my Gen 3 Glock 19

I ordered two last week
looking forward getting them
one of the reasons why I sold my FNS-9

Can you post a pic of the FNS in the M&P's Phantom holster?
I'm using a Comp-Tac OWB holster for a XDM right now.
I have not done any long range shooting on the bench between the two so I cant comment
I dont own a G17, but i can tell you that the FNS has slightly more felt recoil than my G19. Nowhere near as bad as the PPQ though.
Positives:
+ I love the ergos with the "slim" backstrap
+ Clean trigger break (think DCAEK)
+ Manual safety does not get in the way
+ Excellent 3 dot night sights come standard (probably the best...
I have around 1700 rounds through mine and it has become my new favorite striker fire pistol.
I would strongly recommend this gun to anyone.
I'm still around 1350 round for my 2000 round challenge and I absolutely love this gun. More so than my old M&P9 FS
I had a holster made by him at a gun show and the holster is very mediocre compared to a Raven or Bravo or Personal Security. For the same price as a new Raven, I'm not sure if I'm going to buy...
