Yep, this is John McAleese (Mac), known as one of the members of the Iranian Embassy team. He passed away a couple of days ago.

I always prefer to carry my G23 with a standard magazine and keep the extended mag or G22 mag as a reload. The only time I carry a extended mag in the gun, is if I´m suposed to carry open.

Point shooting is just another tool in the so called tool box for me. It´s good for shooting at a hight percentage target inside 3-5 yards. Removing sights as a general rule seems plain stupid to me....

For competition and recreational shooting it´s maybe an option (an expensive one). I would not carry this setup for self defense.

A close friend and coworker runs his G19 in a Raven Vanguard at about 3 o´clock and likes it much. It conceals very well, especially in the summertime with only a tshirt or polo shirt as concealment....

IMHO, the RC mag pouch is not the best choise for uniform duty belts, because it´s not designed for. On a duty rig the space where you can place all the stuff, you need, is very limited. For plain...
