The SLS grips i’ve had a chance to handle and shoot feel as durable as G10, but with a lighter weight.

Perhaps you can find a set of the discontinued Uncle Mike’s Taurus small frame 3 finger grips. I always liked the S&W version of those for 3” J frames.

More aesthetics than actual advantage.
