I’ve got a 327 TORO inbound, really excited. Only six, but I get it. So smaller than a K but the optic will really see what the .32 mags and longs can do.

For sure. Dive watches have aesthetics and heritage but, for actual diving, they’re a tertiary/optional piece when compared to a real dive computer.
If you’re reef-bumming, staying relatively...
Haha, I’m kind of there; a T3X and a 590A1… just the pile of revolvers that needs a diet.
For watches, I think it was the guys from Two Broke Watch Snobs that coined the “Diver, Driver, Flyer”...
I love my “basic” Navigator as well.
The Long Island collab Navigator, white dial with blue tritium, has been in and out of my cart a lot lately. The white dial just makes legibility so much...
Posting to follow, very curious. Especially in the revolver realm.
Right? Rationality be damned, it’s just cool.
Every time I look at my 856 for my high-stress, dynamic, work-from-home lifestyle; it like “30 minutes in the shop will sort you out.”
Here’s rhamre reminding me to fitz an 856.

Especially with the assumption that RCS is very driven by organizational purchasers. So, while I may be wrong, I would imagine a good quantity of the initial production is going straight to an...
I was going to give it a running chance until I saw the backside (bodyside?). That looks really uncomfortable for that much surface area. Maybe that’s a pre-production prototype and they’ll...
My LCR-Express doesn’t get a lot of time any more but I’m still very happy with it and have no regrets. The upcoming flip flop and lightweight short season will probably see more use of it.
I,...
Off topic but agreed. Having kids and all the random toddler stuff has really changed my perspective on enjoying life while having self defense tools. And learning to largely ignore the shrieking...
I miraculously survived the weekend with just a 442 and five FMJs. Does that count?
The ol’ reliables for me to establish a baseline are the Bill Drill and the Defoor Hat Qual.
Probably a better approach but those two are revealing enough for my needs. Toss in doubles at 15 for...
Here’s hoping, like the style and a short sleeve would be great for the upcoming “flip flops and shorts” season.
Could without the logo but that’s easy enough to remove.
Funny how that works.
I can’t recall if it was LuckyGunner or SG, but someone had Fiocchi .32 Long FMJs in stock. For those looking for easy shooters and/or easy reloads.
I like to think the appropriate planets were in retrograde and my chakras were fine as the little guy ceased any further activity. A Clear Porcupine (TM) would have most likely turned around and...
It didn’t quite go well enough to sites on my 2” LCR but I can attest that, from a 3” LCRx, it’ll go right through a porcupine at about 20yds.
Those dot stickers are great. I usually raid the dollar store in the nearby redneckville for them once or twice a year. Plus 3x5 cards and 8” party plates and I’m set.
Good show, Lost River, those little wadcutters feel like a centerfire cheat code.
I love my LCR327, eagerly awaiting the 327 TORO to check out as do-everything-kinda-okay piece. Especially in...
I think he (Caleb) managed to get a Python and a Manhurin to give up their ghosts around the 1-2k mark. And I think he also had an escapade with the Super GP-100.
I need to dig out my notebook but the Hamre J grips were in the ballpark of 1.5 oz lighter than whatever flavor of VZ boot grips I have for the 442. And the UC grips look like they have more...
I, too, like Ballistol.
But I also hate cleaning firearms so the gallon of Slip 725 I bought in ‘15 or ‘16 is still going strong and is also non-toxic. A few sprays, let it soak while I sulk...
Caleb just hit 10k on his 82 and I was surprised how well the finish held up, given the prior reputation. It’s beat up but whatever they use (parkerizing?) looks decent.

My TORO is pretty awesome, really happy with it. Trigger went from “good for the price” to “competitive with S&W” over the first 600 rounds or so.
Plus, Expert Voice pricing is hard to resist.
