SLR Rifleworks makes a well executed Gen 5 magwell.
Had an opportunity to run another 300 rounds of factory 147 grain fp through the DR this morning.
Before hitting the range I swapped out the factory trigger for an Agency arms and added a Volker...
I haven't had much time at all with the DR, wanted more trigger time before further reporting. I'm hosting the Modern Samurai class at our range in a couple of weeks. I'm probably going to run the DR...
I had an opportunity to shoot the DPM last week. I was skeptical about the window size but also felt it had promise because of the "dot" location in relation to iron sights. I ran 100 rounds of full...
Picked up my DR920 yesterday. I must say I am impressed with the fit, finish and overall balance and feel so far. The trigger right out of the box is pretty darn good also and will only get better....

Not yet, the distributor is so backed up it finally shipped yesterday.[/QUOTE Shadow
Any updates? Did you get your DR920 yet?
Unfortunately the...
Sorry for the delayed response...
I've only had time to run 300 rounds through the Zev since my last post. In that 300 I had 2 failures to extract with factory 147 grain American Eagle ball ammo....
Not yet, the distributor is so backed up it finally shipped yesterday.
Ordered a DR920 last week, should be here in a couple of days.
If I understand you correctly the striker spring and the new spring oppose one another in the assembly? I wonder how the balance between the striker spring, FP safety(block)
spring and the new...
Well done sir, looking forward to your range report. Where did you locate one?
2 of my local shops checked their sources for me and no luck here either.
I've had my eye out for a DR920 as well, no luck either. If they are shipping I'd like to know where.
Got word late this afternoon from my shop. Shadow said they are not going to be filling any small shop orders at this time. They are focusing on the large distributors. Sales rep told the shop owner...
Lol...Shadow is saying mid February they will be on shelves. I wouldn't doubt that means their large distributors get first deliveries. I'm pretty excited about this gun, my MR918 has done very well...
My buddy owns a small shop here in NJ. The MR 918/920 have been a big hit locally. As soon as Shadow Systems released the DR we ordered 7 of them, they're all spoken for already.
For anyone that...
I agree there was little info offered on the DR 920. You would think it would be the center of attention since it's their newest release.
Ordered a DR Elite on Tuesday, it's been on my radar...
The action of the OZ is anchored into the grip by slipping a metal tail at the rear into a recess in the grip and then a captured hefty pin into the front. Unless the grip module was modified or...
I'm guessing if the battery tray was parralell to the back plate the 90* angle it would create might become a point of potential failure from the slide cycling.
I'm going to give the micro a shot on my 48. I tried to order one this morning from Europtics and Optics Planet but both say back ordered. Optics planet says a 5-7 month back order. Anyone know where...
For me the grip angle and circumference make it easy to drive the gun and shoot it accurately. The heavier chassis helps with recoil management. Combine that with the Volker Precision comp I have on...
Ran another 250 rounds of factory 124/147's through the OZ9 yesterday. The gun ran flawlessly. I have to say the OZ is a blast to shoot.
Hard to tell from the images we've seen but would shooting in low light with this optic be another drawback? Seems like the dot may fill the entire lens area (bloom),if adjusted and kept at a level...

I've been using a Volker Precision comp on and off for a bit. After running roughly 2000 rounds through it I have to say it is effective at reducing recoil with a fairly low profile at...
I carry a Glock 19 or 48 appendix in a Tier 1 Xiphos and so far I'm very happy with the holsters. Tried the mag in a sidecar and didn't like it. Their holsters are well made and support the gun...
