I have two SWR integrally-suppressed 10/22 barrels, one blued and the other stainless... no issues at all with them in over a decade of ownership and thousands of rounds of .22lr fired
you could, in fact, be shooting perfectly accurately, and the HK pistol's sights could simply be off mechanically...

well, unfortunately I noticed today my 5" M&P Pro slide is cracked, so I will have to deal with S&W for replacement before I can eventually fit the Apex Gunsmith barrel... :(
did the Apex SDI barrel nonetheless improve the accuracy of your M&P pistol?
so the end mill is really only used for fitting the bottom lug to the frame?
do you fit the front of the Gunsmith barrel, as well as the sides and rear of its hood, in the same manner as the SDI...

did you use an end mill to remove the metal from the barrel, which is how I believe Apex recommends...
