VA and maybe TX when I go down there to visit the in-laws. I wont do a USPc though...true talk I really wanted another reason to buy it haha.
I have a lead on a USPc.45 for cheap and am wondering if it is adequate for outdoor use. I'd also like to know what commercially available ammo you recommend.
Thanks
So USPc .45 viable and what commercial ammo? Thanks!
I have a M9A1 with Vertec Slide (dovetailed Front sight). Gives me the nice straight trigger guard, beveled magwell, rail, and dovetailed front sight.
So tempted to get one for Carry Optics. Right now running a 17 MOS with Delta Point Pro and Magpul 21rd mags. Could put the 17 in the nightstand and then put the delta point pro on the Q5. First...

Ran a USPSA match using the GL9 21Rders over the weekend. No problem and it was fun shooting Carry Optics aka Budget Open. The easy remove basepads are nice for some sweet mag brush action.
Hope they are able to release it within a reasonable timeframe.
I don't like the 60/40 ratio thing. That's just one more thing to think about while shooting that is not needed. Grip with your dominant hand like you're holding a hammer and hammering a nail and use...
On the hood and there is a little play in the lug area.
Don't worry on having to get it fitted. When I say tighter lockup and fit it's compared to the factory barrel.
It'll drop right in. Might seem a little tight but it'll drop in.

Was able to shoot a 3 shot group at 25yrds freestyle the other day with my carry load (Federal HST 124GR). I didn't have access to a good rest but was able to get a ~2inch group at 25yards.

I have a thread in the handgun section on initial impression on the S3F Barrel.
Major Takeaways are
- Tighter Lockup than factory
- Tighter groups with cheaper ammo (115gr 9mm)
- They are...
