It is not the timer that interfaces with video, but the software that works with it.
All timers supported in the PraciScore Log app can be used to control the app to record videos synced with the...
Apparently I was wrong. It does not work out of the box in the PractiScore Log app.
Generally, external USB cameras are supported on Android. I just need to see why they aren't showing up in the...
But of course. Create an "other"-type tag name it "favorite" and tag your favorite drills with it. Can even use an emoji as tag names and assign special colors for your most favorite runs.
The app...
It is not mutually exclusive. The app does not force you to add or assign tags. You can do that when your training session is over.
It goes both ways. You may not know you had a bad run...
It is an example how to use a "standard" drills to track progress over time.
But when you do drill variations "all of that" doesn't need to be lumped together. You don't have to use a single...
If you want to track improvement you have to set some baselines. For example, have several "standard" drills that you run at the range. Then you can compare "apples to apples" over time.
In the...
It really depends... You can still see your loose grip on the 3rd person video, as well as the grip acquisition and the foot work and all the body work. All the latter is hardly on the 1st person...
You said you were using the PractiScore scoring app.
And you also said you want to review
The PractiScore Log app removes all the hassle that you'd have to go through when using...
At the very least the PractiScore Log app will allow to have all your live runs recorded (even with the video of each run) and it save the hassle to add competitors, stages, etc - those can be added...
BTW, there is this web site https://dryfireonline.com/
It is kinda pain in the butt to build stages in there, but after that it is kinda usable for dryfire on a screen. Though probably not for...
Never heard of that.
Quick googling found a 2012 copy of the stagecad.com web site in the internet archive.
It even has "Version 1.5.5, dated 26th Spetember 2001" downloadable (about 2mb).
...
Yes, but maybe not in the way you have expected. It is still a log and work for repeated dryfire and live fire.
Here is an old video of the prototype for the PractiScore Log app.

As I replied over email you need to link timer with the PractiScore app on the tablet/phone.
Instructions can be found at https://blog.practiscore.com/android-app-bluetooth-timers/
Damn, what took you so long? ;)
Thank you for sharing. If you have suggestions how to make bluetooth timer link in PractiScore more intuitive, please let me know. Either here or directly at support@practiscore.com
Similarly,...
I said exactly that to Alex several months back. But then I don't care, as splits are shown in PractiScore Competitor or PractiScore Log apps...
No pairing is needed between timer and phone/tablet. You connect with discovered timer from PractiScore app.
See video at https://youtu.be/AzzkwjC1CFM
It's been asked how to compare different divisions for steel challenge. Assumption is that you can't compare times as is, so we been asked to compare percentages of per-division classifier peak times...
If you know how many times drills will be repeated - you can pre-create multiple stages for that. Or create stages as you go...
Personally, when I'm at the range I have no time for that. So, I'm...
That is sounds more like a match to me... and there is an app for that already.
The new app is more about stuff you'd repeat 10..100 times in a row.
I should charge the Apple tax for that... [emoji849]
Keep in mind the PractiScore app never intended for practice, especially dryfire. A different and more suitable app is in the works.
Hey, could you email support@practiscore.com if you would be willing to play with the iOS app test builds and report back if you notice any improvements in regards to stability?
Yeah. This thread pops up at the top when searching for PractiScore. Quoted post, is either not correct or outdated now. At very least it is worth to point that out.
That one I'm aware of. The iOS app is getting out of memory after some use and I'm having hard time chasing that down... But there is still hope.
