A few of the reviews i saw, when the slide is released with some momentum it comes right off. Seems like it just get's held up due to being tight i assume.

surprised you had to do custom work to it. the PRP ultimate trigger i shot before was super light, i would guess under 3.5 lbs. Great gun, glad to see someone running one through it's paces.
