Speed at what range? Within 3 yards, is kind of an oft cited number? I might be a bit slower there, it's kind of the same feeling with a decent grip and natural index (provided good BIS, of course),...
JV_ is right on the WHO/SHO slowdown. It's part of why I'm interested in the comp. My brain can expect the waveform of recoil with a solid two hand grip, but it's a bit less reliable with just one...
As someone on the other side of the skill spectrum (especially with hand/arm strength), I'll point out I do 'lose' the dot during recoil... as in it goes out of the window.

Just practiced transistioning to BIS with an occluded RMR. Worked pretty well. Little slower on the clock, but still worked in the dark.

DocGKR, have you measured about how much length the KKM barrel adds in this application? I figure the threaded section for the comp should add ~.4-1.0 inches?
Do you have any examples of that kind of math existing? Examples you can link to? Especially math that proves the weight.
