Radial tears don't count in in USPSA, IDPA, or KSTG. I'd call that a miss.
I wasn't trying to imply that the KSTG rules were meant to control FAST legal equipment. Todd allowed shooters using G34s to earn coins, but a G34 was never KSTG legal.
