I found him by search for Lyman All American. A friend pointed me to someone selling a pile of reloading stuff, including this type of press.

I never heard of German reloading equipment, we seem to have the last of the industry.
England had a couple of innovative companies, well back in the last century.
750 Euro for the small version, but I'd buy one out of Teutonic loyalty if I thought it could get through Customs.
