CTE protection from collar like device (not a helmet/headgear) (linked article)

I thought this was pretty cool. Basically a collar type device that works by raising the blood volume in the skull and effectively cushioning the brain a bit. Be interesting to see if it pans out. In the day and age of CTE, it get's harder and harder to advocate for recreational boxing (and tackle football for teens) given the the potential CTE cost and future brain health we're paying with.

I'm curious to see if this ends up in common use to decrease the damage.
