Essentially a Frenchified Speed Six. While some consider them to be a bit of a plebian offering compared to the MR73, that's not necessarily a bad thing. The Ruger lineage woud appear to give them a rock-solid background. These are a nice counterpoint to the surplus French Railway Police SP101s with the lanyard loop offered earlier this year. While those were BNIB, I suspect that these in .38 Special are pretty bulletproof, and you're getting a 6th shot for only a nominal increase in size and weight.
Caveat emptor, of course, but these are probably a pretty safe bet in a used revolver. And as you guys know, I'm a major Trausch grip fan-I just hope that age/storage hasn't unduly deteriorated the rubber.
