Has anyone tried these Argentinian small pistol primers? They are listed for $80 Plus shipping and hazmat, but I can get FED GMSPP for $100 semi-locally.
I did a search, but I didn't find anything (but the search interface on this site and I don't get along).
Why bother? With shipping, handling and hazmat, the juice isn't worth the squeeze, IMO, when the known alternative is only a few dollars more per k. Any money savings on reloading will be offset by your time and effort working up a new load and worrying about reliability. If it was $50/k, then we're talking.
