Am I on probation or is this perminant?

This is the only forum that I have ever used that pre-screened posts.

Is this temporary because I am a newbie?

Is there some probationary period of time or number of posts required before it can be determined that I am not a troll?

I understand why this might be necessary to filter out the jerks and keep the noise to signal ratio tolerable but is SLOW.
