How well does the front sight come back on target for you? General consensus is that's more important than how much muzzle flip there is. From the video, it looks like you may be having to lower your arms to "manually" push the front sight back down after recoil. Can't tell for sure from those angles, but one common cause for that is your whole body is getting pushed back just a little bit with each successive shot, so you lower your arms to compensate.

I do think you have an opportunity to pick up some time on target transitions by moving to the next target as soon as the second shot breaks. Ideally the front sight lifts off Target A and comes down on Target B...no need to get another sight picture on Target A before beginning the transition. Obviously I can't see your eyes in the video, but make sure they are snapping to the next target first, then you're bringing the gun to the spot (and I do mean *spot*) your eyes are locked on.
