Try messaging Mark Rippetoe over on the Starting Strength forum. He's the owner of the above gym and is quite active on his forum. I'm sure he'd help you out with the info you want. Though he is a bit of a curmudgeon, IMO.

Known for temperature extremes. Very Hot. Big AF base.

First time I drove through there, there was a Volkswagen Bug up in a tree after a twister went by. Friendly people though!
