Text Formatting Keyboard Shortcuts

Is there some way to disable the text formatting keyboard shortcuts? I tried switching to the "basic text box" which indeed strips away all the formatting icons, but still leaves the shortcuts :mad:. What I'd really prefer is the opposite: leave the icons but disable the shortcuts.

The particular one I'm trying to deal with is CTRL-B. I have a lot of muscle memory to use that to move the cursor to the left, which works outside of vbulletin, but when posting I always end up triggering a ton of
