A mite confused here....I was able to "LIKE" the post by Steve about the 66-2, 4" - but unable to reply and, apparently - bid on it. I've only been a Site Supporter for a couple years, is there something else I need to do here?

Please do not post requests for help in the FSOT area — that’s not what it’s for.
Did you read the “sticky” post containing the FSOT rules in the Firearms (or Non-Firearms) sub-forum? If you didn’t, doing so might clear things up.
