Short Vid of #2 son training.
Yesterday my son got a first taste of scenario based drills. He is 19. He was chomping at the bit to go AIWB as everyone else there was shooting from under concealment. He initially was working from under a light jacket but it got warm. I told him he needs to spend some time at home in dry practice before I will let him run hot AWIB.
This was a 'Get out of Dodge' scenario. Protesters approaching, hands up and announcing "leave me alone, I don't want trouble". The beep of the timer signaled the appearance of a bad guys gun. (Bad guys with guns not the danger son was the DANGER!) Barrier was not cover or concealment just movement drill where another threat was encountered while exiting area. No shoots to contend with.
