I thought about this a couple days ago as I listened to the ATF chief counsel and the ATF director talk about how these were impossible to run, only good for criminals, etc. I almost played them this video.
Well, 03RN was pretty much practicing drive-by hits on a standing target 3-5 yards away, so..... :p

Why do you assume practicing a drive by instead of practicing defense from a carjacking or a barracade on a highway?

I think he was trying to be humorous.
