Remington V3 compact 12 gauge

Kittery trading post in Maine bought 700+ shotguns that were sales demos... I picked up a 22” barreled compact for $495. Looks unused. And now I have no excuse to not go embarrass myself at attempting to hit clay birds some Saturday morning.

I’m looking for information on setting it up as a house gun in addition to the aforementioned clay bird shenanigans. I know most of the 870 magazine extensions work after you swage out the dimples. Will likely run a TLR1 on a piece of pic rail screwed and glued to the factory forend. What else should I consider doing to it?
