Different site on mobile vs desktop?

Anyone else getting a different version of the site. On my phone or tablet it's the normal orange PF site. On my desktop it's a blue VBulletin version with a different layout?

If you scroll to the bottom of the blue layout there's a "view full site" (or words to that effect). Clicking that will take you back to the normal orange PF site.
