How to change a karma club item title

I have an ad in the Coterie Club Karma section, and need to change the "Free!" title to "Gone!". How to do so? Not seeing any way to adjust the post.

If you can no longer edit, just hit the "report post" button and request a mod to do it.

...and I've taken care of it, so no need to report this particular one.
