All - Just FYI. From my 4" M&P45 1.0 mid-size, five rounds from about ten feet:
Standard velocity, newer small primer version with blue sealant - 869 fps/9 SD
+P, large primer, no visible (clear?) sealant - 896 fps/5 SD
There wasn't much difference in felt recoil. I bought the +P because it was on sale (pre-COVID) for $26.50/box of 50 IIRC. I'll be carrying the +P in my M&Ps.
