Congratulations, and thank you for your service.
Congratulations. That was a good run. Thanks for your service. Now take a deserved break.
Dang, I thought 32 years was long. Of course, I started aging in dog years.

I literally did half that and had no more in me.
Congratulations! Enjoy retirement!
Congratulations. Amazing Sir I tried to get to 40 but only made it to 38 yrs.. God bless
That is impressive. If I execute my plan, I'll have had the gun and badge for 33 years. The last two may be interesting. You either worked for a great agency or can tolerate ALL the BS. ;)
Welcome to a year of Site Supporter membership as a way of PF saying congrats!
Congratulations man, that's a hell of a run.
A bit of unsolicited advice even though I'm younger than you by a good bit, just because my dad was LE for a long time and also retired. Don't completely shut down. I think my dad went a little TOO idle and it drove him a little nuts. He's doing great now and I love him, but I think he'd agree the complete stop was not great. Relax, get lots of sleep, go shooting as much as you want, but try to make sure at least 10-20 hours a week you're doing something productive in some sense. A building project, a writing project, some community activity, something social, etc. It can be different stuff and none of it has to be hard, just give yourself a reason to get out of the house.
Enjoy, man, and my thanks for your service. You earned the leisure.

“An idle mind is the Devil’s workshop.”
I will be spending quality time with these guys, among many other things.
Already have a fair amount of tuba work coming up.
Congrats Brother you earned a rest. I did 46 and my "retirement" is working as a Armed Guardian Officer in the local School District.
Elementary School children will revitalize you. As others have said do something for yourself.
Congrats bro! Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
Quitter. LOL
