More website fun:
It came out in testimony today that the site went live without even the basic ability to do a transaction. In other words, people's insurance was cancelled. They were supposed to go to these websites to purchase new insurance. On top of the site not being capable of handling more than two people at a time, and that poorly, the site doesn't even have the infrastructure necessary to handle transactions.
Imagine building Amazon.com and completely neglecting to build in the ability to actually get money from the customer and ship them a product.
Our tax dollars at work.
