What have people observed in terms of reliability? I had a very early one that had to go back to Glock and then got sold.
I'm very tempted to get another one. I preferred it to my 43.
I don’t have many rounds though mine, maybe a couple hundred, but my wife and I haven’t experienced any malfunctions. My dad on the other hand, who is very accustomed to shooting pistols, couldn’t get through a mag without multiple failures to feed. It seems like it was all grip dependent, because I shot it immediately after he did without issue. That is my experience so far.

Thanks to you guys, I just picked up a new Glock 42 at my lgs. I took it right to the range and after a quick wipe down and oil of the internals started shooting.
Wow, it is a soft recoiling gun! So easy to shoot and an exceptional trigger. Very accurate as well, fits my cargo shorts and pj pants pockets perfectly...
I ran a box of federal white box 50 rounds, 4 rounds of Winchester pdx1 and about 7 rounds of Hornady xtp. No stoppages, ran perfect.
Thank you to my enablers for this purchase....
You guys are making it hard for me to not order a G42 as a pocket/NPE Glock...

I can echo the positivity ITT in regards to my wife's gun. Paired with a TLR-6 or CT unit it is quite the package.
Anyone have success running wwb fmj and that has that semi wad cutter bullet profile in a 42? I'd imagine that profile would be tricky to feed in a finicky gun. Just picked up a box, hope to try it Friday....
Thank you sir...
