FWIW: I've used cases of 124g Federal AE that had a defective round rate of 1:250. Normally, it was a folded over case mouth.

I've bought about 8 or so WWB 100-round value packs for 9mm, and another few hundred rounds of WWB .380.
Never once have I gotten less than 1/100 rounds with a rolled case neck with WWB, in both 9mm and .380.
At the same time, I've had about 5000 rounds of AE spread between 115gr, 124gr and 147gr over several batches (granted, 1200 is still sitting upstairs waiting to be shot) and I've never had a rolled case neck. I have a love affection with AE 147gr, actually.
My g19 was kinda dirty at the time. I shoot a lot of matches and dont necessarily clean it that often. I dont think it was an extractor problem.
Seemed like they were hitting feed ramp and hanging up. I cleaned it and switched back to s&b ball and handloads and didnt have a problem on my next 3,000 rounds. I will be running this stuff again next week in a high round count range session and will report back any issues. Its also not a mag issues since I rotate between 30 different mags. I normally shoot 147's in matches so shouldnt be a length issue either. Maybe she was just too dirty?
On a different note has anyone tried reloading this brass? Does the cannalure affect the sizing die?
Thanks
I broke into my Aguila boxes today.
I had my very first dead primer on a centerfire cartridge in my entire life today with the Aguila ammo. I guess it was bound to happen someday!
I did, however, turn in my best group ever shooting SHO in DA at 5 yards. In addition, I got 100% of hits both SHO and WHO, DA and SA, for the first time ever at 5 yards on 2" circles. Granted, it's probably more a function of me than the ammo, but I was still quite happy! (note: I wasn't shooting DT, just using the target for 2" circles. The bottom circles you see were sighting in a red dot sight, not my P2000):

Can anyone tell me how hot this stuff is. Ive read reviews ranging from smoking to average. What does it compare to
If you've ever shot Sellier & Bellot 115 grain and compared it to a American Eagle 115, I find the S&B runs hotter and I would say the Aguila runs similar to S&B, but I've only run about 500 rounds of Aguila so far. That and I'm going by feel and not by the technicals-TGS will be able to give you a better technical overview, b/c he and I bought a few cases each recently. I'm sure he'll chime back in on this thread by the end of the day.
I really like this ammo, and would be happy to use it as my primary training ammo. As of today, they have it back in stock:
This message has been sent to let you know that 1000 rd case - 9mm Luger Aguila 124 grain FMJ ammo is now back in stock.
It seems to be moving pretty fast. I got the email it was back in stock this morning, ordered 3 cases, and the number in stock had dropped 25 cases within a half an hour. I got my tracking number maybe 10 minutes after that. Seems like a good deal and good service, but I won't know until the UPS truck gets here next week!
I bought a case of Speer Lawman no less than 12 hours before I got the email.
Ammo was already on the UPS truck by the time I got the "in stock" notification.
Damnit!
