I have been considering the Low Pro belt from High Threat Tactical. It uses an inner and outer belt with velcro to hold the two together.

It seems like Southnarc had a recent recommendation, and when Craig speaks....I fuckin listen.

In the interest of accuracy, the OP said DRESS BELT.
I wear a Red Nichols belt. It's thinner up front where the buckle is, then thicker on the sides and back. If you wear a suit jacket so that only the front shows, the thicker "gun belt" areas don't show. It holds up fine to a holster, radio, cuff/spare mag holder, TQ holder, and badge.

I like the curved shape as it helps hold it in place without being so tight. It's the only belt I don't have to hitch back up into place getting out of my car with all my duty stuff on.
I have a Tucker and Byrd that is similar to that in cordovan. It worked well with a navy blazer and matching loafers.
I'm going to be investing in some suits soon, and need to up my game.
For 1.5 in, I like the Maxpedition Liger Belt. It is made from some typle of thin, biothane material.
I like a belt that 1.5 in the tapers to 1.25 inches up front. My last one of those was from Rafter S way back in the day. I am sure most, if not all the leather belts makers referenced in this thread can make a tapered front belt upon request, though perhaps for an upcharge.
YMMV Greatly,

I've ordered a Daltech belt. We'll see if I like it...
