No, I'm not joking, and in the format I'm playing, there are decks worth double that and more. For perspective, it's a format which excludes a significant number of the game's most rare and expensive cards; there are single cards at $5K+, simply due to the fact that they're from the early days of the game, meaning that supply is fixed and demand is not.
